The first International online “PortDeBras ™” festival of the “Healthy Lifestyle” project of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in the Republic of Cyprus was held on February 15-24 with the support of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Cypriot Sports Organization (CSO)

More than 5,000 fitness and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts attended master classes by professionals from Russia (Moscow and regions), Cyprus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, France, Czech Republic and Switzerland.  The saved trainings on the @rcnk_sportlife instagram account allow you to connect and study with the world masters of this excellent method at any time.  Due to the extensive geography of the participants, you will be able to attend lessons in Russian, English, Greek and German.
